RENTING CONDITIONS PRICE INCLUDES (depending on boat rented): berth, water and electricity at base harbor. Complete equipment and inventory of the boat's description. Bed clothing for overnight charters. Appetizers and drinks offered on board boats of 10 m length and above. At the start of a charter the boat will be given with the fuel tanks full and should be returned in the same conditions. Otherwise estimated consumption of fuel should be cash paid (consumption per hour). NOT INCLUDED : TAX (VAT), fuel, mooring other facilities different than its own (if applicable), and any other concept or specification. FEE : warranty deposit specified on each boat (cash or credit card). Fee will be returned at the end of renting once combustible expenses, loss of equipment or damage have been discounted. Important: for rental without skipper a perfect knowledge of navigation zone in a demonstrable way must be held, also you must have the ability to physically demonstrate boat maneuvers (in and out maneuvers on berthing) In the case of rental with skipper a deposit fee of 200 € is required (cash or credit) as warranty of the proper use of boat. Special attention on the proper use of bathrooms. In the case of bathroom blockages due to improper use, 100 € will be discounted for technician fees of each affected bathroom

Skipper: A skipper cost of 150/200 € per day service. All onboard expenses (food, drinks, etc...) are covered by the client. An additional cost will be applied in the case of overnight skippers. Insurance : all boats are fulfilled with all necessary authorizations. They have full cover insurance, with a deposit of 0.5% boat's value. If the boat suffers any damage, the client should retain the deposit until the company owner can make a value of the damages or loses, including loss of rental dates due to reparation of damages. Reservation : reservation is considered provisional until the reception (on our account) of confirmation 50% of charter; it should be received within 5 days of our confirmation. Payment : 50% on confirmation of reservation and signature of rental contract on our account by transfer to account number 0061 0031 09 0182090111 , IBAN: ES65 0061 0031 0901 8209 0111 , BIC: (SWIFT): BMARES2M ; and the remaining 50% before boarding.In case of short term reservations the total amount should be paid before boarding. Cancellation : cancellation costs of a reservation made with more than 60 days prior to the charters start date is 20% of the total amount. Between 60 and 30 days is 40%. Within 30 days (of start of charter) is 50%. |
